Outside of her career, Amira is a devoted wife and mother of two. Together with her husband, she is active in real estate, investing in and renovating both residential and commercial properties. Their work reflects their strong entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to creating a successful future.
Amira’s experience as a mother led her to develop detailed plans and checklists for pregnancy and childbirth, believing that with the right preparation, these can be empowering experiences.
In addition to her professional and personal ventures, Amira is passionate about mentoring others. She actively participates in organizations like CHI Epsilon and SHPE, where she promotes diversity and excellence in engineering. Fluent in Spanish, she uses her language skills to connect with and support diverse communities.
Amira holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business & Technology, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Clarkson University, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from The City College of New York. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York.
